About Xiaofang

I’m Xiaofang (She/her), a lead product designer with 10 years of experience launching consumer-centered and business products across mobile and web platforms.

Design isn't just a career for me—it's a passion that ignites my curiosity and drives me into a state of flow as I delve into the "whys" and seek innovative solutions.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I firmly believe in the power of giving back to make the world a better place. That's why I dedicate my spare time to mentor other designers or who is interested in stepping into tech world.

When it comes to influencing others, I rely on a blend of rationality and inspiration. Armed with data and user experience research insights, I articulate ideas with clarity and conviction, aiming to inspire and drive meaningful changes.
